Dave has over 20 years of experience in every aspect of the real estate business from investing, lending, renovating, insuring and brokerage. He has a long record of successfully guiding clients in hundreds of real estate transactions. Dave specializes in the listing side of Broker Asheville’s real estate business where his entrepreneurial spirit, communication and management skills are exemplified. A US Air Force veteran and a West Virginia State College grad, Dave and his wife Sarah are pleased to be raising their 3 boys in the Asheville community, living in the Kenilworth neighborhood. When Dave is not on Listing appointments you can find him skiing, fly fishing on the Davidson River and biking at Bent Creek with his family. Dave is a Graduate of Leadership Asheville, serves on the board of Meals on Wheels and is active with the United Way.
