John Sloan has built a distinguished 25-year career in the television and radio industries across the Midwest and California, holding executive positions such as President and CEO at several ABC and NBC affiliates. Throughout his tenure, he collaborated with numerous local and national businesses to enhance their brand presence through broadcast television, radio, and magazines.

In 1998, Mr. Sloan moved to Palm Desert where he managed a start-up TV station and subsequently managed six radio stations for three years. In 2004, he transitioned in becoming a licensed realtor and has since then worked with over 465 families in their journey of buying and selling homes. He holds several industry certifications, including Luxury & Global Property Specialist (GPS), Short Sale Specialist, E-pro, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified through the National Association of Realtors. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Additionally, he is involved with the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the board.

Mr. Sloan's exemplary service and contributions to the Coachella Valley community were recognized when he was named Business Man of the Year in 2018 and 2019 and Citizen of the Year in 2022 by the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Sloan was a formal radio host with his own real estate radio show, "Palm Springs Real Estate Buzz," which aired every Saturday morning on KGX Talk Radio 99.1 FM & 920 AM.

Furthermore, Mr. Sloan is a Ramsey Trusted Agent by the internationally known financial expert Dave Ramsey. Beyond his professional achievements, he values his time with his wife and family and enjoys activities such as attending church, playing golf, and strumming the guitar.
