On a personal note, I have been happily and enthusiastically married to my best friend and fellow real estate partner, Jimmy Smith for over 25 years. We have 2 beautiful grown children and just welcomed our first granddaughter into the world in October of 2015. We absolutely love the TN Valley area and spend much of our free time with our family and enjoying the river life outdoors.
