With two small toddlers in tow and encouragement from her sister, Pat moved from Mississippi to Tennessee in 1997. She obtained her MBA from Middle Tennessee State University while working as a part-time teller at a billion-dollar bank. Through dedication, devotion, and determination, she excelled at her job and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and held that position for ten years.

She was encouraged by a good friend to leave the corporate world and take her passion, work ethic, and motivation to the next level in a career in real estate. This was a natural transition as Pat was raised in a family real estate business. As CEO of The Bearden Group with Keller Williams Realty, she knows what it takes to meet and exceed the needs of her real estate clients through hard work and zeal.

Pat's desire is to continue to provide to her clients the same uncompromising level of dedication, devotion, and determination that allowed her to excel in the banking industry. Her knowledge and detail-oriented professionalism are present in every client transaction and encounter.
