I'm a broker with Keller Williams Greater Seattle. Real Estate is a service-centric business and I fully understand that. My number one priority is to my clients and I make communication and research the focus of my business. Putting buyers and sellers together is the ultimate goal, but how we get to that point and navigate through a transaction is where my years of experience really show.

I have my finger on the pulse of the real estate market and have a thorough understanding of finance and construction as well as the underlying economic drivers for our real estate market. I can show a property at a moment's notice, but perhaps more importantly, I can provide the kind of background research on market, price, condition and strategy that make my clients successful in their real estate endeavors.
