David Houle, Director - Born in Boston, raised in Vegas, college educated in SoCal, and at the age of 25, David relocated back home to Las Vegas where he launched his real estate career. In 2008 Mr. Houle was hired by one of the world's largest real estate firms to handle recruitment and retention; and in just one year he grew the company's sales volume by over $22 million. Shortly after that, as the great recession took hold of the financial world, it became necessary to adapt, and many salespeople exited the business altogether. Not David Houle. Las Vegas's economy was the 2nd most impacted by the economic crisis sometimes referred to as the Mortgage Meltdown, and Mr. Houle took the situation as an opportunity to sell distressed assets to, and build solid relationships with, global hedge funds and investment groups by sharing discounted real estate available in a growing market such as Southern Nevada. From 2010 to 2012 he closed upwards of $16 million in transactional volume, and in 2013 he joined the Keller Williams franchise. Naturally, he gravitated towards capital markets in the commercial sector and in 2014 became instrumental in the development and growth of the company's commercial division. In 2021 alone Mr. Houle closed over $13MM in transactional volume, making him one of the top producing commercial agents in the local market. David specializes in medical & professional office real estate and is a CCIM candidate. Today, he is involved in several development and redevelopment projects, and is partnered with a wide network of international investors with their eyes on Las Vegas as the city continues to sprawl.
