Andy Welch

Andy has been a connected member of the Portsmouth community for over 30 years. Working across all types of industries from the restaurant business to inventory management and even an internship with the city attorney's office has afforded him a wide array of skills that he brings to serving his clients in real estate transactions. Andy went on to get a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Lynchburg College in Virginia. Immediately after college Andy moved to Colorado where he worked in the management training program for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. While working full-time he obtained his Colorado real estate license which he held active for 5 years. Andy moved back to his hometown in 2015 and began his career with Keller Williams Coastal Realty. Andy now lives in North Hampton with his amazing wife, beautiful infant daughter and young pup Finnegan. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, skiing, golf and all things New England sports related. His passion for helping others and providing superior customer service is evident to all those he works with.
