Sandi Walker epitomizes integrity, hard work and wisdom. Sandi grew up in Southern California, graduated with a BA in Political Science from Bringham Young University and came to Oklahoma in the early 90s when her husband was transferred to Tinker Air Force Base. She has since built a successful career in real estate servicing the Oklahoma City Metro area since February, 2005. Sandi is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation shared by only four percent of all Realtors.

Sandi has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, estates and owners with particularly challenging circumstances. As an investor herself, Sandi’s passion lies in finding the best properties for investors. She understands how to build wealth with real estate, when a purchase makes good sense and the ins and outs of purchasing distressed properties. Additionally, Sandi enjoys helping first time buyers navigate the journey of purchasing a home. She believes in education so that buyers realize not only the steps of the transaction, but understand how a mortgage works and when to sell or refinance once the buyer becomes a home owner.

When helping sellers, Sandi has a wealth of knowledge to know what can be done to maximize the selling price of their home. She stays current with the local market to know how best to price the property to get the most money in the least amount of time. Whether it be painting, replacing flooring or other repairs, she has an excellent referral network that saves her clients time and money.

Sandi gives back to the community by volunteering with Neighborhood Housing Services to help potential home owners know what is needed before purchasing a home as well as what programs are available to assist with a down payment.

Sandi and her husband Jerrod have three children and have two grandchildren. She is also proud to have been a foster mom and happy to maintain relationships with some of the children who lived in her house that are now adults.
