Teri Park is a licensed real estate agent in California with deep understanding of solving problems and doing business with others. She has kept up to date with real estate trends through relevant articles and over 7 years’ field touring in HI, NY, NV, TX, OR, WA, etc., ultimately became a real estate expert. She made her passion a profession.

Teri comes from a background of 17 years in media relations. She was a daily newspaper journalist as well as Founder and President of a boutique public relations company in South Korea. These powerful and rich experiences developed her valuable intuition and strategic thinking skills, which are pertinent to her current work with her real estate clients. It is because of her experience in the media industry that Teri has unique insight into how to find the best deal and how to protect her clients. She was honored with a Ministry Citation for her excellent field performance: her owned PR company was selected as the official PR strategy company, and she invited and worked as PR specialist on several South Korean government policy committees. She was featured in Forbes Korea as a global branding success story. She was also a regular columnist on the daily news for cultural topics.
Teri has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from a South Korean university, where she wrote her thesis on Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Teri is a member of the SF MoMA, the Legion of Honor Museum, and the de Young Museum. She is also a subscriber of the SF Symphony.

This is my feedback email for Teri who I worked with since 08/04/19.
I could probably go on for several paragraphs to write about all the positive qualities of Teri and the experience I had while working with her. But I will try to make this as succinct as possible.

Since day one Teri was very hard working and always available for any questions or discussions. She would typically respond within a few minutes whether it was early morning or late at night. She listened very carefully to what I said and always followed up (even when I myself forgot about it). She was very professional, transparent, and honest which I appreciated very very much. She always respected my opinions and preferences of the homes we saw and was always patient and made me feel comfortable. She would always do a lot of research on the homes prior to our visit together and provide helpful information which allowed me to make informed decisions. I never got the feeling of being pushed into purchasing a home, and I could feel that she was on my side and she wanted to find me a home that worked best for me. Overall, I had a great experience while working with Teri and would highly recommend to anyone who needs to purchase a home.

Among the many positive qualities that Teri has the one quality that stood out the most for me was her passion, pride, and love for working as a real estate agent. I have seen many professionals throughout my career (not in real estate but in engineering and science) and I know that this is a very rare quality, which can have tremendously positive influence to the people around you; whether it be your coworker, manager, or your client etc. I believe this was one of the biggest reasons that made the past 3 months so enjoyable for me and got me to become a home owner without giving up. I am sure that she will positively influence many more clients to come.
