After 14 years in real estate and well over 400 successful transactions, I have a thorough understanding, that buying or selling a home, for most can be a major life changing event. I take my business to a level, of the respect due to my clients. My wife, Debra and I have lived in Southcentral Alaska since 1975, so we have witnessed the growth from a sleepy little bush neighborhood , to a thriving and very desirable community, stretching from Anchorage, through Eagle River and to the far reaches of the Palmer-Wasilla area, and the Matanuska Susitna Valley. Having raised 4 sons, who chose to reside here as well, we now have 18 wonderful grandchildren and Alaska will always be our home. Truely the "Great Land", and truely an honor to share it with you. My favorite activities include a passion for salt water fishing, hunting with my sons, and 3 day excursions with my wife exploring Alaska, not to mention "making memories" with my grandchildren.
