Pat is a native Washingtonian, and a long time resident of Fort Washington, MD located in Prince George’s County. She is the broker/owner of Keller Williams Preferred Properties located in Largo, Maryland. Pat has 30+ years of real estate experience, and is licensed in Maryland, DC, and VA. She began her career as a real estate agent in 1991 with ERA Nyman Realty and has successfully managed offices for Coldwell Banker Stevens and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Pat has won numerous sales and leadership awards, including the Prince George's County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) Distinguished Sales Club, and Keller Williams Realty International “Black Belt Recruiter”. February 2019, Pat was inducted into the prestigious Keller Williams Realty International Team Leader Hall of Fame. Under Pat's leadership, in June 2004, Keller Williams Preferred Properties, opened its doors with twenty-eight (28) agents in Largo, Maryland. Today, she leads the day-to-day operations of the 600+ brokerage, and is the key to the brokerage's success. Pat holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Howard University, a member of Mt. Ennon Baptist Church, an avid reader, and is a Blue Ribbon Prince George's County Fair award winner for her “Almost Famous” chocolate chip cookies. She enjoys time at home with her husband Clinton Long, and visiting her daughter Lindsay Long at her home in Brooklyn, New York.
