Raised in Des Moines, Matthew Parmenter graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science. Matthew has over 20 years of Information Technology experience. Matthew began his Real Estate career as an investor in 2008 specializing in remodeling homes and buying rental homes. Matthew became a Real Estate Salesperson in 2014. He recently became a Certified Negotiation Expert in 2015.

Matthew is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, and three children. In his free time, Matthew loves to go fishing, golfing, and running.
