Locally raised, Kathe and Leland Wallace have been Realtors in Manatee County since 1987. Leland's family lived on Holmes Beach and Kathe's family built in Bayshore Gardens in the late fifties. They both graduated from Manatee High School and attended the University of Florida. Kathe's father was a Realtor in Bradenton and Kathe, after moving away, got her license in 1974 in Lawton Oklahoma. Upon moving back to Bradenton, they started in the real estate business as a Team and have helped Thousands of families fulfill their real estate needs.
