About Me
Driven | Expert | Partner
Homeownership is an opportunity that should be available to all. A home is not only an asset, it represents stability and is a cornerstone for your life and family. A home can be many things; a stepping stone, an investment, or even a reflection of your life and the culmination of your goals. I have found that the most important aspect of the home search or sale is finding out what energizes, drives, and excites you about a home and the next step in your life. I want to be your partner in achieving your goals. Let me put my passion, expertise, and drive to work for you!
“After hours” interests
• Lifting heavy things, like hay bales
• Warm places to have a cup of coffee and read a good book
• Learning new things that will make me better
• A good meal with friends and a nerdy conversation
Little-known fact or what I’m known for
I grew up on a sheep farm in Eastern Washington with my mom and little brother. I learned a lot from farm life. Sheep have a great personality and capacity to escape even the best fences (if I do say so myself). One of my favorite sounds is of crusty snow crunching under my mud boots in the crisp morning air. I never learned the names of the birds that frequented our home, but remember their songs which bring me nostalgia. Never go horseback riding in the national forest during hunting season… And opening my heart to the animals around me made me a more empathetic person, prone to binge-watching cat videos on YouTube.
Are we a good fit?

I was always told if you can’t say it best yourself, find someone else to say it for you…
“Heather recently helped us find and buy a second home on Vashon Island. We were quite specific about our needs and Heather expertly refined the possibilities to match. Once we found "the one", Heather helped us navigate the particulars of buying an island water front home, especially noting that we'd be planning on a full remodel. Time and time again, she went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. Whether it was navigating contingencies, making calls to the city to better understand the septic requirements, or recommending an excellent inspector, Heather was top notch all the way through. We'd give her 6 stars if it let us :) Highly recommend!!”
“We can't thank you enough for helping us find our absolute dream home. We know how insane the Seattle market is, and you made this process as stress-free as home-buying could possibly be. Thank you for helping us navigate the complex web of a first-time home purchase, particularly helping to point out what things we should pay attention to and what things were standard home-buying protocol. Every day we can't believe we get to live in this place - it's perfect for us.”
