Assistant Team Leader (ATL)

Keller Williams Realty Spokane Seeking Assistant Team Leader The Operating Principal and Team Leaders of Keller Williams Realty Spokane, a dynamic, growing and profitable real estate company, are seeking an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) to join our Market Center (office) of 330+ agents. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun and team-oriented environment where there is opportunity to make an immediate impact to KW Spokane and its agents. The Assistant Team Leader is uniquely positioned to help KW Spokane agents to achieve their highest potential and assist in growing our office through production, agent count and profitability. Position Description and Requirements: The Assistant Team Leader is part of the Executive Leadership Team and plays a key role in the overall management of the Market Center, agent recruiting, technology and career development. Specific ATL responsibilities include, but are not limited the following: Regular Work Activities: Partner with Team Leader to recruit new talent Assist Team Leader with and/or lead Team Meetings Research competition and develop strategies for transitioning agents into Keller Williams (KW) Drive associates toward proficiency in the use of KW technology, resources and tools Meet with weekly and support agents to review their production goals and hold them accountable to completion of actions Track agents results and share information with the Team Leader Marketing and Public Relations duties for our office Work with Team Leader and Brokers to answer agents and staff Real Estate Business questions Assist Team Leader and Market Center Administrator (MCA) in managing staff and agents to acceptable professionalism & job performance Job Requirements: Proactive, positive attitude Learning based Influencer in business and/or community Sales track record - 2 years preferred Spokane Real Estate License with minimum 2 years preferred Proficiency with adapting new technology (internet, intranet & software programs) Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Paragon/MLS proficiency Goal setting, planning, accountability skills Problem solving skills Recruiting skills Career development and training skills Eager to develop mastery of the KW core agent curriculum: MREA, IGNITE, Lead Generation, Seller & Buyer Mastery; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems Track record of success in past jobs/tasks Excellent communication skills Willingness to travel for conferences and trainings Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary Generous Bonus Structure MAPS Mastery Coaching, Family Reunion, Mega Camp, Masterminds events Profit Share Coaching by Team Leader and Operating Principal Assistance with development of own business and professional growth Additional income and Leadership Opportunities Resumes and any other materials the candidate wishes to provide should be sent to: [email protected]
