Duties of a Licensed Real Estate Agent
* Research and consult with buyers to handle their real estate needs
* Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
* Follow up with clients on all communication channels
* Help drive growth and manage the overall sales pipeline as well as CRM database
* Lead generate through various channels (door knock, telephone calls, sphere of influence)
* Have presentation meetings with clients for buying/selling
* Negotiate contracts and agreements
* Market listings
* Negotiate transactions
