Welcome to our website! Juli Blanton is a seasoned negotiator with over 30 years of marketing experience throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan area. She has direct access to the area’s best vendors. Her skills enable her to meet today’s real estate challenges.

Education is very important to me. I worked my way through college, graduating with a BS in small business management from Virginia Commonwealth University and receiving an MBA from the University of Baltimore. I have completed training as a Certified Residential Military Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert and am also a Certified Rental Specialist. Normally I complete 15-20 hours of continuing education every year not to mention the training afforded by Keller Williams and my brokerage.

Giving back is my passion. I am active in the following organizations: Pasadena Business Association Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce VCU and University of Baltimore alumni associations Venice on the Bay Homeowners Association and Chesapeake Center for the Arts

I also have volunteered as a soccer and basketball coach at Monsignor Slade Catholic School and St. Jane Frances, and helped lead Cub Scout Troop 712. Currently I am an alumni member of the Mothers' Club at Mount St. Joseph High School. Also, I belong to the music ministry at Our Lady of the Chesapeake Roman Catholic Church.

Originally born in Richmond, Virginia, I reside in Pasadena with my husband and son, who mean the world to me.
