Shani Lokhnath has been a License Realtor since 2013 and in the top 10 % of producing agents for Osceola Realtors Association since. Shani Lokhnath was the top single agent for Keller Williams Advantage office in 2019 for production. In April of 2020 Shani Lokhnath decided to open her own brokerage (Elevated United Realty). Shani Lokhnath enjoyed the freedom of operating her own brokerage and helping her agents along the way. However, she reached a ceiling and realized it's better to have a community of supporters and the brand of a company built of Godly principles on her side. Shani Lokhnath joined forces with Keller Williams Advantage in October of 2024. Keller Williams culture and technology is superb.
