Ray Griggy is focused on growing his business as a successful realtor.  He offers his clients patience, persistence, and a very ethical experience from start to finish during the buying or selling process.  
 
A longtime friend helped Ray to see real estate as an opportunity to assist people who are ready to achieve their next milestone by purchasing their forever homes or finding a commercial property to call their own. This profession is an additional way for him to be involved in the community where he was born and raised. Ray’s constant drive to continuing growing in his career has given him great success with clients over the years.  Making the decision to join KW Chervenic is the next step in a greater direction. 
 
Ray enjoys spending time with his three children, Ray (IV), Addison, and Sebastian. He teaches them the importance of giving back to their community by volunteering his time at the Down Syndrome Association of the Valley, youth services at Greenford Christian Church (pre-covid), coaching the Challenger baseball team and coaching YYFFA flag football just to name a few.  
 
The connections Ray has made within the community have helped him earn the level of respect and experience that is needed to be a successful realtor.  Ray’s success has largely been attributed to positive referrals from his clients.  He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf as well as with his candid advice and market knowledge.
