Patrice Marierose is a Realtor® with Keller Williams, the largest, fastest-growing real estate franchise in North America. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College, where she received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA); she has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.

Patrice worked for a number of financial institutions in the private sector, but launched her career in public service with the Department of Homeland Security since 2008, supporting programs geared towards protecting the Nation’s transportation systems. As a dedicated public servant, coupled with her MBA and Marketing degrees, it is no surprise that Patrice pursued her passion in Real Estate - destined to improve her clients’ quality of life, current situation, and future opportunities. Patrice applies her expertise and market knowledge in residential sales and purchases, investments, and rental leases, and is committed to negotiating on her clients’ behalf. Her professionalism and meticulous attention to detail lets her stand out amongst others in the industry.
