I began a passion for real estate back in the year of 2000. I started reading, educating myself, and attending seminars. I was reaching out to anyone who owned real estate and whoever was willing to give me advice, I was listening. I was currently employed in the United Steel Workers Union but not happy with my current career. I was working swing shift and wanted something more so in August of 2001 I had bought my first investment property a Duplex in the Delaware County area and made a promise to myself by the time I was 33, I was going to quit my job. My goals were simple - to create passive income, to work less and earn more, to create a positive cash flow of a certain amount and quit my job, no matter how many houses I had to purchase or sell. During the next 4 years I had bought, sold, flipped, and assigned houses in various areas making good money and reaching the positive cash flow I had dreamt of in order to walk away from my current job. During this time it was not easy and I have learned a lot about the business of what to do and not to do through trial and error and from seasoned investor’s advice. Then back in late of 2004 I had sold 4 of my houses making a profit that I couldn’t have done with working 4 years at my job, it was quite an eye opening experience. At that moment my wife, Chrissy, had encourage me to enter the real estate world full time and go to school to become a Licensed Pa Realtor, so I went for it. After earning my license in November 2005 in just a short 2 week period my wife gave me the support I needed to quit my current job and believe it or not I was 33yrs old. It’s funny how things work like that when you constantly keep things in your sub conscious mind. At that particular time I had planned on working only part time as a Realtor but I’m telling you I hated my dead end job, So with my wife pregnant with our first child I threw myself into real estate and quit my job, so there was no turning back. I am very fortunate with just 4 days into the business I closed my first deal. YES! I believe since my first full day in the business I knew real estate was my passion. Most of all I enjoy helping others achieve their real estate needs. Putting smiles on their faces and helping assist them to get to the closing table is what it is all about. At times it is easy and sometimes very stressful and challenging, but at the end of the day my job gives me purpose and fulfillment. The most important thing for me is and always will be 100 % client satisfaction. I am very old school about that. I want to provide each and every client with the quality and service they deserve. Since 2005 my numbers for closings have increased every single year thanks to my family, friends, past and present clients and their referrals.
