As a buyer, this is what to expect when you hire Mike Ciunci. I'll hold an initial consultation with you so we can learn each other's expectations. It's my job to listen. Up front, you as the consumer, will educate me on your ultimate real estate needs. This knowledge allows me to hit the ground running. I'll create an action plan that will get us to your ultimate goal in a timely and efficient fashion.
