Marla Chapa, Licensed REALTOR ®, is originally from Southern Texas and was brought to Washington during her 10-year Naval service. Ultimately, settling down in Mount Vernon she completed her Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing all the while taking her courses to become a licensed Real Estate Broker. Her three children provided massive motivation for Marla to complete her education and hit the ground running in Real Estate.

Now a Managing Broker, Marla focuses on keeping things simple for you while maximizing market trends to get you the best deal(s). As a Navy Veteran, she has insider knowledge of the real estate needs of a military family.
