Karen Smiley was born in Savannah, Ga and moved to Atlanta, Ga in 1st grade and never left. She comes from a background of 29 years in the restaurant and bar business and the last 15 of those years as a restaurant owner as well as working with a real estate investment company the last 5 years and brings the ability to relate to other, strong communication skills and patience with others. As well as knowledge of Atlanta’s real estate market and the growth of the cities neighborhoods to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Karen Smiley attended Atlanta Arts Institute and earned a Culinary degree, and her skills in the service industry and real estate investment industry gives her a unique real life experience and insight into how to relate to clients, bargain, find best deals, and marketing. That makes her uniquely suited to sever real estate buyers and sellers.
