David Evans came from humble beginnings. After reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki he purchased his first 3 family with partners. After that he bought a couple duplexes and then moved up to an 8 unit apartment building with partners.

David began selling real estate in the Atlanta metro area in 2015 and he has expanded his services to include helping first time home seller and buyers, experienced home sellers and buyer, commercial property sales and leases, new home construction and land development.
