Originally from New Jersey, Adam Benmbark has lived in Florida over 17 years and has settled in St. Petersburg. After decades of helping his parents acquire, maintain, and manage investment properties Adam has been applying his knowledge and experience to bring something special to the Keller Williams Team.

Straight out of high school Adam attended Rowan University in New Jersey majoring in Business Administration and began a career in the mortgage industry. At just 22 years old he decided mortgages weren't enough and set his mind on living out his dreams. He moved to the US Virgin Islands and fell in love with the tropical paradise and crystal clear Caribbean Sea. He became a scuba diver, fisherman, spearfisherman, and general watersports enthusiast making a living "on the water". He then found himself in Key West for the next 12 years where he pushed hard enough to live out his aquatic dreams by working as a 100-ton Master USCG licensed Captain running parasail boats, sportfishing charter boats, eco-tours, and a dive live-aboard boat spearfishing the distant Dry Tortugas. These experiences, his passion for real estate, and meeting so many people from all around the world on a daily basis give him a unique proficiency and insight into the rapidly changing markets and demographic from here in the Tampa Bay area and down to the beautiful Florida Keys.

Adam entered the real estate world to help people achieve their dreams of home ownership, to build something capable of leaving a lasting impact on people's lives by helping them down the path of building generational wealth through buying and selling real estate. He understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it's a life-changing experience.
