Gerry has been a Licensed REALTOR since 2006, obtaining his Brokers License in 2008 in NH, and as a Maine Real Estate Broker since 2009, and has been practicing Commercial and Investment Real Estate since 2006.

Gerry has served the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS, and NH CIBOR (Local NH Commercial overlay board) and has been involved as a Realtor leader at local levels since 2010.
Gerry’s has also been involved extensively at the national level with NAR (National Association of Realtors) as he is totally committed to the leadership, ethics and standards of the Real Estate industry both locally, regionally and nationally.
