Associate Support Analyst
Austin, TX


The Associate Support Analyst is responsible for managing the support queue and handling inbound and outbound requests for support within a predefined time period and to the satisfaction of the Associate. The Associate Support Analyst will also perform analysis of historic call data to identify trends and recommend solutions for call reduction, as well as maintain and update the support knowledgebase.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in email and telephone-based Customer Technical Support. Real Estate industry experience a plus. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Must be familiar with website design and development. Job requires understanding of desktop hardware and software, including the ability to configure email client, troubleshoot data load problems, and general technical skills.

 

In addition, the candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and have positive energy. The candidate must also be proactive, customer-service based, and dedicated to quality work.

 

This hourly position also requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment and the willingness to work extra hours and manage changing priorities to provide excellent customer service. Some Saturday work hours may be required.
